JLE’s team of qualified and experienced boilermakers, welders and fabricators deliver high end metal fabricated items for a wide range of key industrial equipment and project engineering companies servicing the water, wastewater, mining, infrastructure, food, and environmental industries.
We are equally adept at one-off bespoke projects or supplying your routine stock items. Our outputs have including oil separators, silencers, tanks, silos and hoppers in materials ranging from high nickel alloys, SAF, stainless and carbon steels.
We offer our 40 years worth of experience to work closely with your engineers and design team from the earliest stages to ensure the most workable and cost effective outcome.
Our workshop has fabricated and site assembled silos up to 110m3 in capacity and stair and platform assemblies up to 20m in length and 4m in diameter. We can fabricate your hoppers, tanks, platforms, pump skids and pipework and trial assemble them complete with your proprietary equipment prior to delivery to site and installation.
